CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR - PHARMA - CORK 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Client is one of Ireland&# *;s leading EPCm
consultancies and a global player in the Semiconductor, Pharma and
Biotech sectors.

They are seeking to appoint a Construction Supervisor to oversee
construction contractors on a pharma site based in Cork.

Manage sub-contractors, including monitoring of contractor attendance
and progress, providing direct instruction and support as necessary,
such that contractual arrangements are achieved.

Implement systems and processes to manage the quality of the
constructive works.

Liaise with the Construction Director and Site Planner to keep fully
aware of project progress and ensure that all additional work is
identified.

Proven knowledge in construction supervision and implementation of
good design, awarding of construction contracts, safety compliance and
an awareness to technically support projects through to completion. 

REQUIREMENTS

Degree qualification in a related discipline, construction, mechanical

Min 5 years experience as a construction supervisor with a strong CSA
or/with some Mechanical background in the Pharmaceutical industry

PACKAGE

€ *-€ *p/h depending
on relevant experience and qualifications 

Min 1 year contract based in Cork
